In my former life at the blog Voyages Around My Camera, I presented a washed out version of this pick-up truck that turned out to be quite popular. This time I have lifted the color and the contrast so you can view her in all her rusting, decaying glory…

      I prefer the other as well, but this one better reflects how you actually feel standing in the warm sun in a golden prairie field.

    I like the colours and the graphics of this picture. You may have lifted the colours compare to the first one (which I didn’t see), but I like the fact that they are still somewhat muted and washed out. The low perspective gives a very dynamic view of this lovely scenery and the faded car.

      Thanks Otto. I have come to appreciate the prairies and I hope to spend more time there this spring.
